After an extensive introduction to future solutions of power devices presented last year, we are on the verge of a new devices era (with SiC and GaN), but still integrating and extensively using the most proven solutions (IGBT and Si MOSFET).
Last year’s webcast was dedicated to these new solutions, to get prepared to their introduction. They are now here. This year’s power devices webcast will emphasize on the actual picture:
• What are the devices available in reality, what are they used for?
• What are their characteristics, and how are they chosen?
• Which application for which device?
• Who is developing what and what is the strategy behind?
Our webcast will provide key leads to understand the actual picture.
