Delsolar has merged with Neo Solar Power Corporation
Delta Electronics, Inc. subsidiary Delsolar Co., Ltd. has merged with Neo Solar Power Corporation effective May 31st, 2013.

  • The new company will keep the name Neo Solar Power Corporation (NSP).

After the merger, the new company will keep the name Neo Solar Power Corporation (NSP). Delta acquired 106,921,386 shares from NSP and gained two seats on the NSP Board of Directors.

Quincy Lin, chairman of NSP, said, "With a vision for providing clean, renewable, and cost-effective energy, NSP pursues leading technologies, best product quality, and high product efficiency. After the merger, with Delta's support, the two companies' manpower and resources will be stronger, better, and together. "
