Sunpartner invented and developed WysipsR Crystal is a transparent photovoltaic component.

With this partnership, Sunpartner Technologies signs its first contract in the luxury-goods market. True to its business model of growth through licensing, the company continues to address all segments of the mobile phone market, ranging from feature phones to smartphones, both high-end and entry level, and for all screen sizes and operating systems.

WysipsR Crystal is a transparent photovoltaic component placed between the phone's sapphire crystal glass and the LCD screen. Invented and developed by Sunpartner Technologies, WysipsR Crystal uses a thin layer of photovoltaic cells and an array of micro-lenses that make the component invisible to the naked eye. The photovoltaic cells charge automatically when exposed to light, whether sunlight or artificial, and power the battery.

Made entirely of Titanium Grade 5 and carbon and available in a Limited Edition of 1911 numbered pieces, the TAG Heuer MERIDIIST INFINITE will be unveiled at TAG Heuer's stand D01- Hall 1.0.
