The 7th GoGoNano & The 2nd MEMSeminar are organized by Suzhou Nanotech Inc. and the Chinese Club of Micro-Nano Technology. The seminar is also supported by many companies, such as ASMC, SMIC, CSMC, GRACE, Yole Développement, etc.

The Chinese companies of the MEMS industry chain are invited to discuss the themes of MEMS manufacturing platform. The speeches mainly cover experimental platform of SINANO, the pilot line of Suzhou nanopolis and MEMS foundries.

The objectives of the seminar are to showcase China's MEMS process capability and to promote exchanges and cooperation of Chinese MEMS companies.
