AZUR SPACE reached 42.3% efficiency on MOCVD-grown triple junction cells

The cell structure is an upright  triple cell GaInP/GaInAs/Ge grown by MOCVD (Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition) on Ge substrates.

The average efficiency of all the cells of the wafer was 42.3% at 500x.
