The acquisition creates the largest pan-European consultancy and solution provider for Optical, Power and Thermal Management Technologies.

Combining Azpect’s and AMS Technologies’ knowledge and teams will create great synergies for customers and partners in the Nordic countries, providing local technical expertise and customer service which is supported by a pan-European operations backbone.

The original founders and the local Nordic Sales, Application Engineering and Service team will continue to serve the combined customer base. The technical team has been strengthened with the new hire of a further Ph.D. engineer.
