Ibsen Photonics acquired by FOSS
 
Ibsen Photonics A/S and FOSS A/S announced that FOSS has become main shareholder in Ibsen Photonics. FOSS now owns around 85% of the shares in Ibsen.

The investment reflects a growing partnership over the last years between the two companies.
 
FOSS is using Ibsen’s products in their analytical instruments and, by becoming main shareholder, FOSS secures the continued supply of high quality spectrometers.
 
Ibsen Photonics will continue as an independent company and there will be no changes to management, organization, or product offerings. With the backing of the financially strong, family-owned FOSS group we have the muscle to further develop all our businesses – gratings, interrogation monitors and spectrometers – to support all our customers worldwide with our usual dedication.
