SensorDynamics relies on Multitest equipment for MEMS test and calibration for the entire temperature range ambient-hot-cold.

Addressing cost of test the Multitest MEMS module enables a 5 dof test with ONE equipment set-up. The complete test and calibration can be done by only ONE insertion with multiple serial stimuli.

Additionally, high-end MEMS devices typically are susceptible to mechanical stress as well as to accustic noise, generated by the handler environment. Multitest responded to the enhanced accuracy and noise reduction requirements of SensorDynamics by implementing an innovative heating solution for reducing any noise on the MEMS sensor under test, without impact on the temperature performance.

Multitest provides MEMS equipment for singulated packages as well as for high parallel strip test handler. Multitest test modules offer superior performance, efficiency and return-on-investment.
