Intevac receives first production order for ENERGi ion mplant system for solar industry

  • Intevac, Inc. (Nasdaq:IVAC) announced that it has received an order for an Ion Implant ENERGi™ system, scheduled to ship in the first quarter of 2013.

ENERGi incorporates enabling technologies that align with solar industry cost reduction roadmap and is extendible to accommodate future advanced cell architectures and efficiency requirements.
