Kinsus march revenues hit all time high
IC substrate maker Kinsus Interconnect Technology saw its revenues surge 28.1% on month and 21.2% on year to a record high of NT$2.12 billion (US$70.38 million) in March, buoyed by rising capacity utilization rates at wafer foundry houses and IC backend service companies.
For the first quarter of 2014, revenues amounted to NT$5.80 billion, edging up 0.5% sequentially and much better than a 5-10% decline forecast previously. The first-quarter figures also represent an increase of 8.8% from a year earlier.
