The Micro and Nano-electronics have been identified as Key Enabling Technologies and Strategic for Europe. This is the reason why the European Commission decided to continue supporting the research and development with Funding programs in Micro and Nanoelectronics.
For SMEs sometimes it could appear as difficult to join such programs, to understand the mechanisms, the different organizations and the conditions for eligibility. That is the reason why SEMI decided to organize this Networking Breakfast focusing on EU funding trying to introduce an overview of the current EU fundings for SMEs.

The Networking Breakfast in Paris is a SEMI initiative to support the companies involved in semiconductors and related emerging markets in Europe. The SEMI European staff will be present to facilitate the program, provide informations and interact with all attendees.

Focusing on European Funding, the Networking Breakfast Paris will feature 4 invited speakers:

-          Laurent Roux, CEO of IBS and member of ENIAC Governing Board
-          Patrick Blouet, Collaborative Programs Director, STMicroelectronics
-          Geraldine Andrieux-Gustin, Senior Partner, Yole Finance
 
A Speed Networking session will allow member companies that are interested to present themselves in front of the attendees for 5 minutes and share their views, needs, expectations. If you are willing to take this opportunity and introduce your company, we recommend you to contact us as soon as possible, the places are limited to 6 companies.
 
The event will be held in Espace Hamelin, Paris. Seats are limited.
