SiTime’s MEMS resonators outperform Quartz
TempFlat MEMS eliminates temperature compensation.

Until recently, all MEMS oscillators used compensation circuitry to stabilize the output frequency over temperature. SiTime’s TempFlat MEMS is a revolutionary breakthrough that eliminates temperature compensation, resulting in dramatically higher performance, smaller size, lower power and cost.
“SiTime was founded with the vision of revolutionizing the timing market with game-changing MEMS and analog technology. In 2006, our semiconductor process enabled the first production MEMS oscillator. Since then, we have had many firsts – we introduced a MEMS TCXO, a MEMS oscillator with 500 femtoseconds of jitter, and a clock generator with integrated MEMS – all of which are used in consumer, industrial and cloud applications.
