Silicon File submits voluntary delisting notice, officially absorbed by SK Hynix
KOSDAQ-listed Silicon File Technologies has submitted a voluntary delisting notice to the Korea Exchange (KRX), according to its electronic regulatory filing Wednesday, in line with its agreement SK Hynix over share exchange to become part of the world’s No. 2 memory chip maker.

Under the agreement, SK Hynix owns Silicon File’s entire shares as of April 22.

SK Hynix plans to strengthen CMOS image sensor business by fully acquiring Silicon File.
