Over the past two years, Solar Junction has been working closely with Semprius to deliver cell technology contributing to Semprius’ world record HCPV module efficiencies. After developing its multi-junction solar cell due in part to a U.S. Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory subcontract, Solar Junction is now ramping to high-volume manufacturing of our World Record multi-junction solar cell.
