Zhongli Talesun Solar (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Zhongli Talesun Solar has officially started construction in Thai-China Industrial Park in Rayong, Thailand. Mr. Wang Baixing, Chairman of Zhongli Sci-Tech Group, and Mr. Chitchai Wannasathit, former Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand, have attended the ceremony and made speeches.


First Solar and SunPower plan to partner to form joint YieldCo vehicle

Sungrow confirms position as leading inverter manufacturer, announces 5.89GW of orders in 2014

Sungrow Power Supply Ltd announces orders of up to 5.89GW in 2014, 4.23GW of which have already shipped. The domestic Chinese market was responsible for 3.8GW of orders, with 430MW exported to the global market. This shows stable growth in both Chinese and international markets, and confirms Sungrow’s status as the largest PV inverter manufacturer in China, and the largest exporter.

In 2014, over half of Sungrow’s total exported goods were string inverters. In both the traditional European markets and in new emerging markets with high technical threshold like Japan, the demand for our string inverters have been high.

Alstom and Andrade Gutierrez open new unit for the wind market in Brazil

Alstom, global supplier of equipment and solutions for power generation, and Andrade Gutierrez, one of the largest infrastructure groups in Latin America, are inaugurating an industrial joint venture dedicated to the production of steel towers for wind turbines, Torres Eólicas do Nordeste (TEN). The unit is located in Jacobina, Bahia, 350 km from Salvador.
