Yole Developpement is pleased to publish a reverse costing report on the STP16N65M5 silicon power transistor. This MOSFET uses the new MDmesh V super-junction structure from STMicroelectronics. This 650V MOSFET offers a lower RDS(ON) than the theoretical limit of silicon and enables a reduction in power consumption.
