The forum offered to more than 110 attendees a unique place in the world where leading companies could share their vision of the 3D sensing industry, evaluate the related applications and technologies with a focus on consumer market, and identify business opportunities.
With presentations from ams, Orbbec, Oxford Instruments, Sony, Schott, System Plus Consulting and Yole Développement, the forum provided a better understanding of this transformational technology for the consumer electronics industry. Indeed, “at Yole, we expect the global 3D imaging & sensing market to expand from US$2.1 billion in 2017 to US$18.5 billion in 2023, at a 44% CAGR”, explains Pierre Cambou, Principal Analyst at Yole. “Along with consumer, automotive, industrial, and other high-end markets will also experience a double-digit growth pattern.” The forum was just the right place to be!
A special thanks to the speakers and attendees to make it a success this year again!
